So, what started the idea of DDA Tuned?
Like many people, we were frustrated with the automotive repair industry as a whole. As car enthusiasts, we love our cars dearly. However, it became very frustrating when it came time to have work done to them. Either we would feel “ripped off” when going to a reputable shop, or would get sub-par work done for a more reasonable price. Let’s face it: Neither one of those options are acceptable.
Then, there it was: the idea of DDA. A simple idea for sure, but at the same time a void that had not been filled. All too often, the industry leaders have taken the wrong approach to providing service to their customers. It should be a pleasant experience to get your car serviced.
Customer satisfaction is key to the success of a business. Taking that basic principle, and applying it to the automotive industry as a whole: It quickly became evident that something needed to change. Our goal is more than to just provide exceptional service, it is to set an example for the industry as a whole.
What makes DDA Different?
We operate differently behind the scenes. Our technicians get paid hourly, not flat-rate. This translates to is an incentive for the technician to get your job done correctly the first time. That way, there is no motivation to just get the job done quickly.
Additionally, we do not believe in “Service Writers.” Instead, we believe that you should be speaking to the exact person who is working on your vehicle; not a salesperson. It only makes sense, right?
Combine these two factors, and you create an environment where no one has an incentive to sell you things that you do not need nor rush the service on your vehicle. We sell you exactly what you need. Nothing more, nothing less. Our only goal is to provide exceptional customer service. That’s it.
